Just to get the obvious out of the way is there any reset button hidden away in your modem somewhere? I've heard of similar problems happening before with other modems when the modem changed to half-bridge mode or full bridge (which doesn't apply since it sounds as if you are using router mode). It could also be caused if the modem was set to ignore all admin functions. In any case, resetting the modem to factory default may help if this is possible. If you do find a button, you probably should hold it down for a few seconds since it can take a while (the manual should say if there is one)

If this doesn't help, have you tried accessing the modem with your public IP (when connected of course) from your local computer? Or alternatively, have you tried accessing it from a remote computer? These may work depending on what it's set to do.

I would agree with Chris, if you can't get it to work and you didn't purchase if for business purposes and opt out of the CGA, you really should take it up with either the retailer or the supplier, especially if it's still under warranty.

You could also try faxing the manufacturer, might get better results.
