Corporates who have remote users who aren't in the Woosh, JetStream or Wired
Country coverage areas and don't want to use IHUG's Ultra service.

Anyone else would be hard pressed to justify.

Funny how Xtra can charge 20c/meg over quota, and yet WiredCountry charge
10c/meg over quota, Woosh don't cap home users [subject to "reasonable
use"], Woosh business cops 10c/meg over quota. Either Xtra enjoy making
300%+ on their data (based on a wholesale cost I was given over a year ago),
or their network is half as economical as the others...

Xtra still don't differentiate between National and International traffic
and yet IHUG Ultra caps/charges for only International data....

(5 minutes worth of investigation, other ISPs may be better/worse...)
