This is a long standing business connection. In all my experience I have not
seen any similar problem. Also the modem has been operating without fault
for several months before this problem occurred.

On a slightly different note. Who do you trust more, your hardware or
telecom ? Have you had any problems in the past, or is this a new connection
?
