Ethernet cable is extra $30. I think we are offering the same amount of
support (if not more) for people using router compaired to any other isp do
with ADSL routers. If we are familiar with your router then we can guide
you over the phone. Also talk to the helpdesk and not the sales reps.

Pings on woosh is higher than adsl and does spike at times. Hence all sales
reps are instructed to not to sell to people who play games on it. The
lantency is something that will change and should get better in the future.
The last modem firmware upgrade bought it down from 300ms to around 200ms.
There is hope.... :)
