Er, I wouldn't think so - imagine the problems they would have if people
actually took this advice (if telecom were to actually promote it as such)
and switch - only to find that it didn't help at all. If you play games on
256k and someone fires up a web page or three you will still experience
problems as the web page will still queue traffic unless the remote
website is on a slower link than you (still unlikely at 256k)

Only real advantage for 256k type links is that traffic management becomes
easier to put in place as you have more bandwidth in your pool to play
with - it does nothing to change the size of the buffering done on the ERX
and as such you will still get high latency with no traffic loss, tho
across a slightly reduced time period which still wont be small enough to
stop that little %$#*& from fragging you as your game locks solid for a
few secs..
