I can't see them doing that.. Modern QoS viz HTB at the ISP is what is
required.. ISPs aren't doing it coz no one is asking, coz no one
(customers) knows it can be done.

telecon (intentionally lowercase, misspelt) will not wear it because it
will actually enable their customers to DO SOMETHING with their 'Net
connection - without upgrading it..
