That was the deal with Paradise with a static IP, I got DoS'd for a few
hours I rang them as soon as I started noticing lacking performance in
my UL/DL. I disconnected, and I watched my daily totals sky rocket to 10
gig from work.
Depend's on the ISP my guess but as a general they will. Best to get a
hold of the ISP and ask.
