I say again. Static IP's are assigned to a USERNAME via a Radius Profile.
Theyre not assigned to a line. Therefore your understanding appears to be
incorrect.
This is illustrated by the fact that your ISP assign you an IP, not
Telecom. (In the case of FastIP Direct, ISPs still specify the IP
concerned and who gets it, even though the IP itself is managed by Global
Gateway. I know, I have done this myself in past employement.)
Bandwidth is billed to the line on full rate connections, yes. This is
independent of the IP you have - theres no difference in the way this is
handled on full rate dynamic connections and full rate static connections
- with a static, the only difference is that the IP assigned to you on
login is the same each time.
