I rang the JetStream Helpdesk for the fourth time in as many months, to
let them know that my usage was not being correctly recorded when it
rolled over from one billing period to the next. In this instance, they
had carried forward 450MB from the previous period to the current period
- a significant error, when I'm on a 1GB cap (I'm an Xtra JetStream Home
1000 Full Speed user)!

Apparently, according the JetStream tech I spoke to, the whole issue of
accurate usage metering will be finally resolved following an update
that will be implemented on the 10th December.
