Ours went crap Wednesday too, explained by the nice man at the Xtra
Jetstream help desk that 'new equipment' had been installed in Napier
giving a swag of Jetstart users unrestricted access until the rate
limiting kicked-in about midnight (about 8-10pm I was testing about
20kbs).

By 11pm speed had improved to 90kbs, and just after midnight was back
to 120-130kbs. Latency looks like it could be slower, but apart from
that pretty much normal since then.
