My paradise.net ADSL has been crap between 6pm and 12pm since Sunday
(30/11/03).
NNTP connections to news.paradise.net.nz running about 50kbps (with 4
separate connections I could get 110-128kbps).
The last couple of days I about 90kbps with one connection. DUMeter shows a
very jagged download rate, sometimes zero for a couple of seconds.
Before Sunday, one connection would reliably get 128kbps, with no dips
showing with DUMeter.
