That link to the GO Study results has an interesting bit about Japan
in it. Because it is a PP file I cannot copy the text but it basically says
that the development of broadband in Japan has been slow. This
does not fit well with the report on Japan which was referenced by
you which said that internet access is just taken for granted in Japan
now.
