One company I work for says that staff should treat every potential sale
as a BIG one cos it just may turn out to be. Any lost sale is a loss of
a potentially big client.
I wonder it someone from Telstra will contact you now, after reading
your comments. Let us know if they do please.

As they should be. I was shocked at how good a deal they offered me.
Pity that they could not fix the problem I phoned about in the first place.
