I try to do list only replies (as I know how anoying they are)

Most people seem to forget to set their 'reply to' address correctly... some
times I mess it up :)

I 100% agree with you...

How do they know that I'm not representing or in a position to influence some
potential big players - answer: they don't.

How do they know that others reading news groups like this who are in them
selves big players won't read this and be swayed not to bother with their
company because it seems dealing with Telstra in New Zealand is a waste of
time - answer: they don't.... I don't know that either - you might :)

Happy to... if they do contact me I'll be happy to come back and tell you
they did. I'm not going to hold my breath thou... It's not normally like
Telstra to be swayed by posts on public forums to quickly (thou it has been
known to happy :p :)
