Centillium torpedoed by Japanese slowdown, yield, price problems, bad research
Japan has been slowing for several months, as I've reported three times since
July. Yahoo BB has apparently delayed some orders from Ambit, and there's
some slowdown as people anticipate the faster service. Early this year, Japan
was adding 400K and 500K per month; September net adds were 347K, to 9.2M.
That's still enough for Japan to pass Korea for the highest number of DSL
subscribers and leave the US in the dust.

Paul, if you've not on PrimeDSL's news list then it's time you did so!!! I
find Dave's news posts the best I've read around the traps :)

Actually anyone on this list who's really interested in DSL should subscribe,
it's worth a glance every time.

HTH
