I have had good Voice over the Net using Freeworld Dialup
(http://www.pulver.com/fwd/) and X-Lite (http://www.xten.com) client.
You will need to have all the parties you wish to talk to subscribed to
FWD, but it is free. You can also use Windows Messenger 5 (Not MSN
Messenger) which has SIP enabled. FWD gets around the NAT by using SIP
and a NAT proxy or Outbound Proxy.

They have a product called ENat which allows for voice chat using MSN
Messenger behind NAT (funnily enough) ... you may find you're able to
use this ... I've successfully used it in the past
