As far as I know this is not possible on Telecoms equipment - as far as I know it isn't possible with the ADSL standard as per Telecoms current implementation (may be possible with ADSL2 (whatever that is) as suggested by someone earlier).

        This has been discussed before.
        
        It is possible, but apparently not implemented/possible/turned on, with
        Telecom's equipment.
