The simple answer - Look up 'VNC'.

That said, I believe its not legal to use VNC to control a Windows XP
machine... any other OS would be fine. For Windows XP there is a tool
called Remote Desktop.

But this isn't the appropriate place to ask. Try google.com next time. :)
