Scott I think the list itself probably doesnt mind helping per se, its
just that this is a list about ADSL and posts not related to the purpose
for the list - well they just shouldnt be here. If topics other than the
one that the list was set up for become normal, then the list no longer
actually *has* a specified topic, does it? :P

Theres also a school of thought that some people engage which is basically
'try to find the answer yourself before asking other people'. Google will
reveal multiple hits regarding the VNC product if you search for it.
Other likely sources could be tucows.com or download.com. Point being,
Google is your friend. (geeks worship it... seriously)

And for those emailing me offlist regarding VNC and Windows XP, Google
gave me a Slashdot article about it:

http://slashdot.org/yro/02/03/17/2333207.shtml?tid=109

Which refers to

http://www.infoworld.com/article/02/03/15/020318oplivingston_1.html

So there you go.
Sorry if it seems that we dont want to help - but many of us see this on a
very regular basis and it gets tiresome after a while...

Mark.
