If it is not entirely clear then let me know and I will update it to
include a section on Jetstream 128k and the other packages that have a
"Data billed for excess usage by telecom" (pretty much ALL other usage
plans except the new "Flat rate/speed capped" 256/128 10Gig plan that
telecom just introduced.
