I get the same. I have double checked the jetstart login and password. I
note that the login for jetstart is not the same as my login to Xtra's usage
checker. The jetstart one has .xadsl added.

Neither utility is working for me. :(

Usage checker 1.92 just gives me the usual error message "couldn't obtain
usage information" (specified my Xtra xadsl login details).

TUC just sits forever saying "Receiving response..." (specified my phone and
account login details, as per the Telecom usage checker page).

What could I be doing wrong?
