Clear Tempest is a _great_ service. We run it at work where we have been
lucky enough to get it delivered via an HDSL connection. We get a solid
1.5-1.8Mbit, occassionally pushing the 2Mbit limit (oh and thats each
way). So as such with so much bandwidth to spare we've got nothing
better to do than run a couple of counterstrike gameservers ;)
(we're not sharing the 2Mbit with anyone else at the moment, as the
business on the floor below is using fibre, and the other people in our
building are tied into Telecom)

As for shifting a large amount of data, we've shifted around half a
terrabyte in some months so the connection is definetly good for that.

One of our clients also is running tempest delivered via wireless - the
speeds here aren't as great (but still very nice) and a lot more
unstable as the 2Mbit is shared with a number of others on the wireless
connection. Though if you're a heavy traffic user, you're more likely to
be getting a solid 256-512k in peak business hours. Occassionally
bursting upto 2Mbit for some downloads and web.

All in all, its a very worthwhile service if you're able to get it, but
it is a "shared", unguaranteed service. Shared may be with other people
on your wireless pop, between other businesses in your building, or
between other businesses on your block.

Hope this helps,

Sascha
