I wouldn't recommend.

We tried it. Very unstable and big latency.
We ended up going back to jetstream and then getting frame relay.

The customer service ever since Telstra merged with clear is simply not
existent. It took 6 months for an account manager to be appointed after the
old one left, and 4 months after we canceled we were still being billed.

The service is not a priority service. When the BSR (base station radio) was
faulty, it took two weeks of pings with trip-time in the range of seconds
and constant restart of it until they replaced it.

If the internet is important part of the business and VPN is important you
are better of with a "wire" based servce.
