Hi all,

I guess it is pretty clear that the unofficial Panasonic reply is worthless.

Even the initial message pointed out that several types of filter were
tried, and even full Telecom installs, and this doesn't fix the problem.

The Panasonic NZ Web site doesn't even list any "dealers". The Panasonic
supplier from their Web site who I spoke to--a Dick Smith--had no
knowledge of this issue (though one guy behind the counter said he had
heard something about the problem before).

But that doesn't necessarily work either, as noted. I think I'll call
Panasonic sales tomorrow, and see what I can learn there.
