I was having the same problems too. My ISP temporarily put me on a static IP
and the micro-outages of the internet disappeared. My DSL line and PPP
interface have been rock solid .. it looks more a problem with the coe
Telecom IP network.

My firewall still receives lots of probes from other DSL users in the
219.88.x.x range when my internet breaks after 210.55.64.64. I presume this
box is a big beasty PPP concentrator like an Juniper ERX or similar.
