I must say that ever since I moved *up* to the 256k surf plan I've been
having problems accessing sites I used to have no issues with.

I was previously in a Jetstream starter plan with Ihug but ever since
I've been unable to access a site that I look after www.userlocal.com
I can reach this fine from many other machines on different networks and
even one that is on Jetstream full rate.

I can ping it fine but http (well my browser) times out before the page
is even started to load.
It's pretty weird because I can ping it fine.
