Just because they dont post often does not mean they are not listening.

If you check the archives you will find that there are a number of people
on here from various parts of the telecom corporate, from helpdesk, to
technical people through to management.

Posts like yours once almost got DSL pulled off the market around 3-4
years ago soon after it was launched.
