I just got this today from Xtra. I'm actually on Orcon.

Is this Telecom's new ploy to stop users going over their 10Gig Jetsurf
plans?? After it was revealed that Telecom at present have no way of
shutting down the speed until September I decide " What the hell" and am
currently downloading all of Starhunter series 2 with Bittorrent.

"This is an automated message from Xtra to let you know that you have exceeded
80 per cent of the monthly megabyte limit for your Xtra JetStream plan on your
phone number 9xxxxxxx

These usage emails are sent out at the same time every day, so there could be
a delay of up to 24 hours between the time you exceeded the 80 per cent mark
and the time this email arrived.

To keep a close eye on how many megabytes you have for the rest of the month
we recommend you visit http://www.xtra.co.nz/usagemeter - the information on
the meter is updated every two hours.

For information on how different online activities use up your megabytes visit
http://www.xtra.co.nz/jetstream.

If you find you are regularly exceeding your megabyte allowance you may want
to change to a plan with a higher megabyte allowance.

So, when you have a minute to spare, check out http://www.xtra.co.nz/jsplans
to see what's on offer.

Changing to one of the new plans is easy and you can do it all online at
http://xtra.co.nz/myaccount. Just remember that you will need to complete the
change plan request at least three working days before the start of your next
monthly billing cycle if you want it to take effect for the following month.
For more information on usage call 0800 25 38 78.

Kind Regards
