 Yeah, the thing is the charge applys regardless of who your changing to /
from, and it's a standard charge amoung isp's.

Time to wake up and realize that because its charged by all isp's, that it
makes it fair.

The technician changes your line by updating a record in a routing table /
database.

Your making this out to be a BIG thing, that takes lots of resource and
therefore costs a lot.

It is a SMALL thing, and should cost not much.

The $100+ charge is not about recovering cost, it is about making money when
customers (have) moved to the new Xtra JetSurf plans, making money when
customers (will) move to other ISPs from Xtra, and exploiting a monopoly
position.
