The document is on the telecom site, outlining the UBS product build
structure from both a telecom, and an isp point of view.

While I agree it probably isn't the best way to build it, having the ISP get
their own data to each exchange is what unbundling is all about, however
that throws the cost up :)

Having telecom do it, means we can get economy of scale by using a much
larger link to the dslam at the exchange, and sharing with other isps.

There are a few modifications that need to be made every time a user changes
ISP. Telecom will no longer be proxy-radius'ing requests from the user to
the isp, they will go direct to the isp. This means you cant just change
your login to change isp - obviously :)

You have got to be pulling my leg! Can you provide a link to the PDF saying
that someone has to be dispatched to the exchange to change your VIRTUAL
circuit?

We are SO not in the future yet if this is true.
