As far as I know it is not ICMP blocking as I have not intentionally blocked this and I have checked and it doesn't seem to be blocked. Also you can ping the router www.salestechglobal.com

This is still a big problem for me with Wired Country and I will be posting on this shortly.

We didn't hear back from Tony whether indiscriminate ICMP blocking was
