I have a "pretty quick" internet connection at home with no monthly traffic
cap (perk of the job).

I typically move between 500megs and 2 gigs of International traffic per
month. My domestic useage normally sits in a similar range.

I don't watch what I download at all, and generally download whatever I feel
I need to download.

So yes, I think I'm in the group that wouldn't be frustrated with a 10 gig
cap, especially if there is no financial penalty for going over this cap.
