Then this shows there is "something" causing it to be slow..
Your getting ~70-80% of your speed only. Only way to get it fixed is to go
to your ISP who your buying the service off..
Also note www.jetstreamgames.co.nz now goes via Xtra so your testing to
Xtra's Network. www.nzdsl.co.nz tests to same test on Orcon's Network.
