I've been attempting to pursue this problem with Ihug for over a month now .

Are there any other people out there who are connected Via Wired Country on
a 256K plan ?
If There are , Could you do a few speed tests and post Results + ISP .

If I had more data to throw at them , perhaps they might listen.
