I'm on the 256k Surf plan....and the nominal ISP is Orcon.

My speed increased dramatically over this weekend.....from 32k / sec to
234k / second.

Looks like Telecom implemented the speed upgrade as per the letter they
sent me.

This is intended as a verifiable, hard, data point FYI.

My conversion to 2mb was completed sometime between November 5th and
7th.
