Hi Max,

How did you discover your speed change?

When is your telecom month end date?

That's quite odd that your line speed is still at maximum, I had thought
telecom were changing this with the onset of the new speeds??

Sam.

Just got upgraded to the 2M Jetstream plan this morning from the 256 Surf
plan. Absolutely no problems connecting and the speed is very good.
Checking my Alcatel SpeehTouch Pro connection statistics reveals that I'm
still connecting at 4Mbps (due to distance from the Papatoetoe exchange)
same as previously, and a check of my pings shows that they are the same as
before. Both pings to my office, and pings to the various CounterStrike
servers.
Cheers, Max.
