Well my new billing period started on the 15th and lo and behold what do I
see when I crank up the speed tests...

"Your line speed is approximately 271.4 Kbps or 33.3 K bytes/sec"

Oh well :(

On the Telecom usage meter what is your current plan stated as?
Mine is still Jetstream Surf and so is the next billing period plan.
