Hello,
My billing date is on the 2nd of each month and when the 2nd of November
rolled around I keenly restarted my router - back to the 256kb/s surf
plan. I called Telecom, waited in a phone queue for approx. 20 minutes
then someone told me I wouldn't be updated until 2nd December. Bummer.
I just hope they do, or else it will be 2005 before we get our promised
2mbit access :(
Regards,
Chris.
