Ack.

My Jetstream billing cycle begins on the 18th (today) so in theory I should
have changed over to Jetstream Plus 2Mbit today, but surprise surprise,
nothing has happened, it's still running at 256Kbit.

Checking the Jetstream usage page says "Jetstream Surf flat rate usage" for
both current and next plan.

Does this mean that I've been "forgotten" too and wont get 2Mbit until
December 18th even if I ring them and complain ? GRRRRRR...

Regards,
Simon
