When they were talking about UBS, there was mention that it was a layer 2 service.

In that case, will this allow ISPs to offer connections other then the horrid
PPPoA that telecom have inflicted on us? Any ISPs likly to use this as an
ability to sell multiple IP addresses to customers?

One more thing, what does this list have against signed messages?
