Yep, the ISP controls all L3 routing.

Umm....

The routing in FastIP is setup from Radius data from the ISP (well, at least
for Static IPs that are dynamically routed)

Are you saying that Telecom supports additional IPs/subnets in that Radius
data?

Or, is it from using RIP from the CPE?
