Cool stuff. Without downloading their software it's hard to tell if
this uses http or some other protocol (that may bypass proxies). It's
definitely worth a shot though, we'll configure it up for him.

My server at home is actually OS X, which means I need software for
that. It looks like No-IP has some Mac software, but there's also
other software for use with DynDNS (http://www.dnsupdate.org/) that
seems to be Mac-centric.

More on this after some testing.
