Cool - both yourself and Glen have mentioned this tool as useful, and
may work for him - his host is a Windows box, and this will probably
be the ticket.

The trick with this would be whether his modem can display its
external IP in a web page (http://www.directupdate.net/faq.html#q13) -
some playing is probably required. I'll check this out later on.
