I'd have to say I'm really surprised at how many times the following
scenario happens :

-User cannot authenticate but has DSL. They have rebooted their router
but no joy.
-We change user to user@jetstreamgames, works fine
-We change user back to normal username and password, works fine

Real strange, as we have basically done nothing, but it does appear to
work a fair bit.
