Nope,

This is just a semi-regular hitch that the Jetstream usage page seems to
have from time to time.... I've seen it happen intermitantly for years
now....(I'm guessing from the error a script is failing to connect to a
database..)

A little bit sloppy that the debugging details are revealed for all to see
when it happens though....
