You might be a 'victim' of TelstraClear and/or Telecoms depeering. If you are, there is nothing that can be done about this except complain and hope TC and Telecom come to their senses... However I'm a bit uncertain since it looks to me like your traffic is going to TelstraClear and since it's destined for Telecom (JetStream) I would think it should go directly since TC and Telecom still have peering. Perhaps someone with a bit more understanding of peering issues can explain.
If you're not aware of the depeering issue you might want to look into the group's archive as well as news archives (e.g. Computerworld). Perhaps also NZNOG archives. A search for Telstraclear depeering/peering and Telecom depeering/peering should come up with most of it.
