I'm getting ~200ms from Dunedin to Internode Counter Strike Servers in
Australia. It used to be once every now and then for a spike, but as of
a few days ago, it's got very little jitter (~30ms), but is sitting at a
constant 200ms.

I'm thinking I might go with another ADSL provider. Oh no wait...it's
all the same...damn...
