I'm with Orcon and the UBS service over the past week has been the same
or better than JS+ was.

If they (ISP) need to provision more bandwidth, it could take a few - or
many weeks - depending on demand (are there people to do it),
availability of circuits - locally (onsite) or internationally), and -
of course - price.
