To pre-empt this and others -
If youre in the NOC, i'm not interested at this stage.
Reason being, my presentation is about interaction between support and the
NOC, and so therefore if youre in the NOC, your perspective is different
;)

However I will likely be asking for a NOC point of view at some point in
the next few days, so I would appreciate any of you thusly appointed to
please follow up at that stage.

(Clarification that may help: I'm calling 'NOC' staff those involved in
network operations, and 'helpdesk' as those involved in customer support,
both on the phone and in person depending on the type of org you work for.
