For the record I am in Wellington, and have personally observed this
behavior once myself.
I sent an email through to Xtra's Complex tech team, to which I received
no response.
I'm not holding out much hope of getting an actual response, either. The
email is more than a week old now...
The 'its working well enough that I don't mind' arguement is rapidly
becoming overwhelmed by the 'lack of decent tech support coupled with
weird problems is pissing me off' arguement. An ISP change may be in my
future...
Good luck!
Mark.
